This site is published by Crann Enterprises LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms.
The content on this site is ours. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and share a link to it. Do not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or scrape it to rebuild it elsewhere.
Do not try to break the site, submit the forms automatically, or use them to send anything unlawful.
Requesting an audit
The audit is free. Submitting the audit request form is a request, not a purchase, and nothing is charged from this site. There is no checkout here.
We decide which requests we take. We check that a request comes from an independent HVAC company with a website or a Google Business Profile we can look at, and we may decline a request.
If you want the voice agent after the audit, implementation is quoted for your company before any work starts. Any engagement beyond the audit is covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
The demo voice agent
The demo voice agent we build for a meeting with you answers as your business, straight from your public website, and you call it yourself. It is a demonstration, not a delivered product.
It has no private context: it does not know your real pricing, your real availability, your technicians or your internal policies.
Nothing the demo agent says is an offer, a quote, a price, an appointment or a commitment by us or by any business it answers for.
If we record or transcribe a demo call, we tell you before it starts, and we follow the recording and consent rules that apply. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will not record.
The limits of what we promise
- We do not promise a search ranking, a place in any AI answer, or a mention by any assistant. Google says correct markup on its own does not ensure a result.
- We do not promise a number of calls, a number of booked jobs, or a revenue outcome.
- We do not promise that any third party platform, including search engines and AI assistants, will keep behaving the way it does today. Platforms change, and the sources we cite describe them as they were when we read them.
- The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
