You hear your agent at our meeting, before you say yes

Four steps, from a free audit to an agent answering your phone.

The four steps

  1. 1. Request your free audit

Tell us who you are and where to find you: your company name, your service area, and a website or Google Business Profile link. The audit is free. You get a confirmation email, then we follow the path a customer takes to reach and book you: your phone, your listings, your website, your booking path, and how AI assistants describe your business. We run it on what's public, so there are no logins and nothing to install.

  2. 2. Get your findings

You get the findings in writing, with Pass, Fail or Unknown on every check, the reason behind each one, and a plain list of what to fix first. Then we walk you through them and answer your questions.

Unknown means we couldn't check it. We tell you why, and it never counts against you.

  3. 3. Hear your agent at our meeting

At our meeting, you hear the fix: before you say yes, you call a voice agent that already answers in your company's name, built from your public website.

  4. 4. Go live

You get a quote for your company before any work starts. Say yes, and we connect your agent to the tools you already use, load your real hours, policies, service area and escalation rules, and tune up the website it answers from. From then on, it answers every call in your company's name, day or night, and books jobs onto your schedule.

What your meeting agent is built from

For our meeting, we build it from your public website, so it already answers as your business when you call it.

  • Your company name, so it picks up as your business.
  • What your website says: your services, your service area, your hours as written, and the way you describe your business.

When you say yes, we load the rest: your real hours, pricing rules, availability and escalation rules.

How the voice agent works

What you get when you go live

  • The tools you already use, connected. Which ones, and how, we work out with you as part of your quote.
  • Your live booking path, so the agent can book the job while the caller is still on the line.
  • Your real hours, service area and escalation rules, so calls that need judgement go to your people.
  • Your rule for after hours: book it for the morning, dispatch it as an emergency, or take the details and pass them to your people.
  • A tune-up for the website your agent answers from, which is also what AI assistants read.

How long it takes

Every setup is different, so we give you a date once we've read your request.

Questions owners ask

What does the audit cost?

Nothing. The audit is free. If you want the voice agent after that, implementation is quoted for your company before any work starts.

How pricing works

What does the agent at the meeting know?

What's on your public website. Your prices, availability and rules go in when you say yes.

What happens to calls that need a person?

They go to your people, on the rules you set. You decide which calls those are, and we load your rules when you go live.

Which software do you connect to?

The tools you already use, worked out with you as part of your quote.

My website is a few years old. Does that matter?

It's where we start. The audit shows what on it works and what doesn't, and going live includes a tune-up for the website your agent answers from.

How assistants find local businesses

What if I say no after the meeting?

You keep your findings and your list of what to fix first. Go-live work starts only when you say yes.

Find out what happens when a customer tries to reach you

We check your phone, your listings, your website and your booking path, then walk you through what to fix first.
