We collect the contact details, business information, messages, and consent choices you provide through our forms and AI chat, along with submission times. We also use public business information for requested audits and demos, and technical information such as browser and network details to protect our services.

We use this information to respond to you, fulfill your requests, provide our services, and prevent misuse. Our hosting, email, security, scheduling, and AI service providers process information to support those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing.

We keep audit, contact, and portal access requests and related emails for 12 months, then delete them.

We store each text-message opt-in with its time and the exact wording shown, and keep it for 5 years.

Your messages are processed by an AI model provider to answer your questions.

Conversations are temporary. Service providers may retain information for security and abuse prevention. Do not share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in chat.

A meeting invitation is sent only after you review and approve its exact details. Audit and contact requests use the forms. No payment is taken.

Approved meeting details are used for the invitation. Ending the chat does not cancel a meeting.

There is no cookie banner on this site because we set no analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not track you across websites for advertising or allow advertising trackers here. Do Not Track signals do not change this practice.

If we record or transcribe a demo call, we tell you before it starts, and we follow the recording and consent rules that apply. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will not record.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@mainstreetintel.ai with the email address you used. We will confirm when your request is handled.

We will post significant changes here and update the effective date above.

This policy covers text messages from Main Street Intel (Crann Enterprises LLC), and the AI phone assistant acting for HVAC businesses that use it.

The program is for replies to people who text us or the business first; follow-ups about a call they made, such as appointment details or a missed-call note; and alerts to business owners. No marketing or promotional texts.

Consent is given by texting first or by checking the opt-in box on a form. Message frequency varies.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent data is excluded from any sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
