Privacy policy

We collect what you type into one of the three forms on this site. Nothing else is asked for.

Audit request form (/audit): company name, your name, your role, business email, phone if you give one, website if you give one, Google Business Profile link if you give one, service area, an approximate truck count, who answers your phone after hours, and anything you add in the optional text box.

Portal access request form (/portal/request-access): your name, company, business email, whether you are already a client, and an optional message.

Contact form (/contact): your name, business email, company if you give one, and your message.

We also record the time of the submission and which form it came from.

To stop automated floods, we keep a short-lived count of how often each form is sent from the same IP address, stored under a one-way code rather than the address itself and deleted after the counting window ends.

We do not ask for card details, bank details, customer records or anything about your employees. There is no checkout on this site.

• To run the audit you asked for, and to reply to you about it.
• To check that a request comes from an independent HVAC company with a website or a Google Business Profile we can look at.
• To reply to a message or a portal access request.
• To send you a confirmation email when your form comes through.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone selling something else.

Submissions are stored on our own hosting with Cloudflare, and a notification is emailed to us through Resend. Resend also delivers the confirmation email we send you. Those two services process the data on our behalf so that we can receive and answer your request.

To run the audit, we look up your company's public details, such as its name, website and service area, in search engines, maps and AI assistants, the way a customer would.

Apart from that, nobody else receives your details unless the law requires it.

We measure page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is the only third party script on this site, and it does not set cookies.

We use it to see which pages are read and how people arrive. We do not use it to identify you.

There is no cookie banner on this site because we set no analytics or advertising cookies.

If you use the light and dark toggle, your choice is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it. That stays on your device.

At our meeting, you call a voice agent that already answers in your company's name, built from your public website. It has no private context about your business.

If we record or transcribe a demo call, we tell you before it starts, and we follow the recording and consent rules that apply. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will not record.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and tell us which form you used and the email address you entered, so we can find the record.

We will confirm when it is done.
